If you are interested in our riding program and would like to show, we have several quality school horses available to take to the shows if you do not own your own horse. Generally we attend two or more local hunter shows (VHSA Associate and CHSA) each month during show season, and about one show per month in the winter. We also attend local jumper shows a few times a month. In addition, River Run has a few in house shows each year.
We stress the importance of team spirit and good sportsmanship while gaining knowledge and having fun. Our riders learn the importance of taking care of the horse that they are responsible for, including preparation prior to the show.
