We offer year round riding lessons to children (age 5) to adults. No previous experience is required. We have a group of quiet, well-behaved horses capable of a beginner through advanced rider. We offer half hour private lessons or one hour group lessons. Helmets are available for your use but you are required to wear long pants and 1/2” heeled boots.

Charlene Good has been in the horse business for over 14 years.  Charlene attended Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, VA with equine studies as her major. She has successfully managed VHSA Associate and CHSA horse shows since the age of 23. Charlene has been teaching young children through adults for over 5 years in the hunters & jumpers.  She has a dedicated following of students who look forward to her fun and educational instruction.

Charlene keeps everyone’s needs in mind and will strive to make and meet their goals without pressure.
